EFFECT OF CONSTANT VOLUME STRUCTURE PARAMETERS ON GRAIN VENTILATION DRYING

The structural parameters of a grain dryer are directly related to the its energy consumption and quality formation. Therefore, based on Ergun model, air state uniformity evaluation method, effect changes in ventilation area airflow resistance, drying consumption, efficiency theoretically experimentally studied this work under same initial weight flux. results show that conditions temperatures 35℃ 70℃, paddy 8.547 kg flux 12.3 m3·h-1, hot introduced into chamber with cross-sectional areas S1 S2 respectively, enlarged by 2.328 times, resistance decreased 7.17 6.99 times. Enlarging effectively improved rate paddy, especially at while unit was opposite. It also accelerated moving speed saturated humidity line layer paddy. These experimental agreement theoretical analysis, which provides reference for design equipment technology.
